2.) Bank Transfer (Bank Wire): Customers may choose to transfer the billing amount directly into our bank account. The details of our bank account will be provided after placing the order upon selecting the "Bank Wire" Payment Option.
3.)Cheque / Demand Draft: Customers may choose to pay via Cheque or Demand Draft. Details regarding the Name and Address required to which such payment shal be made, will be provided after placing the order upon selecting the "Payment by Cheque" Option.
Your order shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Courier with tracking option available and drop-off delivery without signature. We will provide you with a link should you wish to track your package online.
Expected time of delivery is about 7-8 days post payment, depending on the location.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect it.
Packages are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Merchandise once billed cannot be exchanged/returned. However, the Company holds the right to cancel the order within the next 48hrs and refund the money.
However for only any stitching problem on your garment or if you have received any damaged accessory (mojadi, dupatta), your merchandise will be replaced, provided the problem has been been informed to the company office via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24hrs after receipt of the product. Also note that the product will be considered for replacement only after you have received a confirmation from us by email.
We do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery and against it’s colour bleeding.
We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. However if there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase .You then have the option of either substituting for another item confirming via email or the money will be refunded to you.
