Return Policy:

Before you decide to return your order please take a moment to understand the nature of of the items we specialize in. All of our products are Hand Made by skilled artisans using various traditional techniques. The beauty of these items lies in their uniqueness and human origins. Certain variations in every product are to be expected and celebrated. 

However, If the product is found to be defective or damaged, you can simply return the item within 15 days of receipt to get a replacement of the same or exchange it for a different product. You may return most new, unopened items sold by Rajubhai Hargovindas other than the ones mentioned below.

All merchandise returned must be in a re-saleable condition with original packaging and must include all accessories/freebie supplied.

Conditions for return:

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original tags and labels. Products/Items must not be used or soiled or damaged.

  • We regret that we will not be liable for a refund for any item returned that is received by us damaged or lost in transit. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to goods in transit.

Conditions for non-return:

  • Certain categories like innerwear, are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

  • Custom Made / Alteration Request  products

  • Items on Special Discounts or Sale Promotions:

    The selling prices of these items have been reduced. In order to enable us to provide you with such savings, we do not accept returns of the items sold under promotion discount or Sale unless it arrives in a damaged condition or is defective.

How to return your product?

  1. Please Log in to your Account > Order History > Find your Order > Tick-Mark items you wish to return and click Request a Return. For Exchange mention Required size in Return Comments.

  2. Alternatively, you can get in touch with us using the Contact Us Page and state the reason for the return request.

  3. You can then ship the item back to our address along with a copy of the Invoice for reference.

  4. We will arrange for a Return Pickup from our side provided that our courier partner has pickup service in your pin code. In the case that our courier partner does not have a pick service in your pin code, you will have to ship the items to our address at your cost. This courier cost will not be refunded to you.

  5. Once we have received the items, the item condition will be inspected and the replacement/refund will be processed. This process will take 5 - 7 Working Days.

  6. For Exchange items where the item is of the same value, a replacement will be shipped automatically. For other cases, we will issue a Credit Voucher and you can place a new order for the new size or colour.
  7. The return process of the product may be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

  8. Customers within Mumbai have the choice to walk into any of our stores to Exchange items after Return Approval online. (In-Store Exchanges are currently disabled on account of the Covid Pandemic) 

  9. NO Refunds will be made at Retail Stores. 

Refund Policy:

Refund will be processed after the receipt and inspection of the returned product by us.

All Refunds will be as Store Credit Vouchers ONLY.

Refunds to the Original Mode of Payment only in Below mentioned Cases:

1. Unable to Process Order 

2. Order Cancelled before dispatch

3. Item Sent is different from Order placed. 

4. Product received in Damaged Condition.

Cash on Delivery Orders will be refunded ONLY as Store Credit Vouchers. Cash Refunds are not permitted.

Shipping Charges Applied Will Not be Refunded.

COD Fee will Not be refunded.

Cost of return shipping the Item from Your Address to Our Address will Not be refunded.
